The day after I filed for a jury trial is the day that they gave me notice

that they were going to try to enter. They didn't state a reason why they wanted to enter.

I object to the entering of the photographs by Michael McMahon, who entered illegally; he didn't have permission to enter. He didn't provide me with the minimum 24 hours notice that he would be entering to "perform repairs."

On the day of the trespass incident in question, Mr. McMahon didn't work on any of the repairs that I was told needed to be and would be completed by him. It appears that he came in to take pictures and then left the area.

Further, It appears he also entered on or about August 17, as the landlord was questioning me about _____ instead of Mr. McMahon. August 17 was the same day that the checks bounced, which the landlord didn't discuss.. The landlord did mention Michael McMahon's presence at the condo I had just moved into.
