Storage Prox immitt tee Proof

Hi,

This most recently past Tuesday evening, I paid for and cleared an auctioned unit at your Dearborn Street location. I inquired about 2 other auction units I thought I needed to manage at the same location, but was told there was only the one I cleared. I found out yesterday evening (Wednesday) that there was actually an issue with my StorageTreasures fee payments relating to the other units, and immediately paid and corrected the issue. Today, Thursday, I presented in-person at Dearborn around 2:30pm to complete the purchase of the remaining auction units and clear their contents, however, no one was in the office and I was locked outside of the building. I could see another person that was inside the covered garage area of the building and they were also locked out of the office from the inside part of the building and were waiting for the appearance of an employee, who was probably helping someone who required assistance outside of the office. I had no idea how long I'd be required to wait outside and next to the very busy road and eventful sidewalk area, so I left, with the plan to return later this afternoon. However, it has become too late for me to do anything with the units and so am writing to hopefully further hold the units and arrange for a time tomorrow morning to pay for and vacate them.
