At 3:09 he starts to cry

This is when Max's parents came here and were pounding on the door, yelling at me and telling me that they knew I was here and that I better come to the door and it would be too bad if they had to contact the authorities and tell them there is a child alone here

They then coaxed Haven to the bedroom window and stole him through it after opening it from the outside themselves

I saw the landlord Josef standing with them and had heard them just prior to that trying to convince him to let him into the house

He watched while they opened the window from the outside and took my son from his bedroom while he said NO and cried
